In the ever-changing restaurant scene, two nearby noteworthy moves are happening.

First, City Kitchen in University Place announced that it will not be re-opening.  But, although their decision may have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, the owner notes it was actually unsuccessful lease negotiations that caused the closure.

Second, long-time Chapel Hill breakfast spot and diner, Breadmen's (now known as Breadman's) has changed ownership and relocated from Rosemary Street to its new location at 261 South Elliot Road.  This site formerly housed the Haw River Grill.
