"Halloween in Colony Woods is pretty spectacular," one resident notes. Each year a Halloween Parade forms with 100s of kids and adults, before splintering off into standard trick-or-treating throughout the neighborhood. Many residents go all out to decorate their yards and homes in spooky themes.
